What is the purpose of recruitment?
In recruiting it is inevitable to discover new applicants and hiring them for available vacancies
raised within the organization, on the other hand effective recruitment should
be in a perfect flow, by making sure to conduct successful recruitment campaigns
constantly and making sure that recruitment makes a positive impact towards an
organization.
Apart from traditional
purposes of recruitment mentioned above, there also few other purposes or we
can define them as objectives of recruitment,

But employee retention becomes a challenge when there are limited opportunities for career growth. Not all organizations are structured to provide these opportunities to employees. This can lead to low productivity, creativity, and turnover.
