What is recruitment ?
The term “Recruitment” refers to a process of recognizing, interviewing, selecting and hiring potential candidates for certain vacant or a new position in a certain organization.
The term "Recruitment" has been discussed by various articles through various aspects as below.
"Recruitment" in the view as a HR element ,
Human Resource Management
also called as “HR” in common verbal use, refers to managing employees within
an organization towards enriching employees work life as well as following
organization guidelines. HR is generally responsible for encouraging the
general objectives of the association through effective management of assets,
while concentrating on workers as the organization's most precious resource. Recruitment
is the initial stage in structure of a company's human capital. The objective
is to find and contract the best candidate’s suits for the organization and its
future path.

Recruitment can also can
be defined as activities engaged by an organization with the sole purpose of
recognizing and recruiting potential applicants suited for a certain
designation or a vacancy, required for the smooth operation of the organization,
either from inside organization or outside of the organization.
Recruitment can further
defined as a procedure where organization uses to officially gain potential candidates
to fill out available vacancies arise for the need completing organizational requirements.
Recruitment is simply attracting and obtaining capable group of applicants relevant
to the necessities of the occupation.
"Recruitment" in view of streamlining talent for future organizational requirements.
Furthermore , Recruitment
is also defined some studies as an end to end process of efficiently sourcing
,screening , selecting and appointing the most compatible candidate out of
available pool of potential applicants and also streamlining the required
talent required for various job requirements which would ease out candidate
hunts in the forcible future.
General point of view.
Apart from given studies and theories, Recruitment can be further elaborated not only as a critical process of identifying and shortlisting most suitable, most compatible candidates for available vacancies raised due to various operational , management requirements of the organization, but also foreseeing talent requirements for future references, and being equipped to assist the organizational requirements coming up in the future.
